Secret Recipe Club October: Vegan Cobb

This month for the Secret Recipe Club I was assigned Steak N Potatoes Kinda Girl, by Desiree.

After searching high and wide for a recipe (with too many to choose from as usual), I settled on a recipe for a cobb salad!


Vegan Cobb Salad


Romaine Lettuce


Heirloom Tomato

Tortilla Chips, for crunch

Tempeh Bacon

Tofu, extra firm

Dressing of choice




Cover a plate with lettuce.  Top with all ingredients.  Enjoy :D


Have you tried Trader Joes pumpkin buns? If no, hurry and get to a store pronto!

    That pumpkin buns mention came out of nowhere and totally stole the show! Now I’m going to dream of pumpkin buns as I’m reading this right before bed – lol! Nice work turning the cobb salad vegan – YUM!
